Menses & Health Awareness
Empowering Girls Through Sports, Health & Awareness

Promoting healthier and more inclusive communities by combining girls’ sports camps with awareness on menstrual hygiene, health, nutrition, and self-defense.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Empowering Girls Through Health & Sports
This program combines girls’ sports camps with health awareness workshops focused on menstrual hygiene, nutrition, personal health, and self-defense. It aims to create a supportive environment where girls can participate confidently in sports while gaining important knowledge about their health and well-being.
Through these activities, girls are encouraged to develop healthy habits, confidence, self-care, and awareness about important aspects of their physical well-being. The program also creates opportunities for girls to learn, participate, and support one another in a positive environment.
By bringing sports and health awareness together, the initiative promotes active participation while helping girls understand the importance of personal health, nutrition, hygiene, and safety. It seeks to encourage confidence and empower girls to take an active role in their own well-being.
